Refund & Exchange Policy
Overview
We want you to feel confident when shopping at Zabu Boutique. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues on eligible products and refunds for faulty or damaged items.
Zabu In-House Line
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Same Item, Different Size: Exchanges apply only to the same item in a different size. Exchanges for different styles or products are not permitted.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your request is processed.
- Return Condition: Items must remain in the same condition as received.
Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for return shipping and redelivery costs for exchanges.
Zabu Curations
All Zabu Curations items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, style, fit, or colour.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer a refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage
- A brief description of the issue
Please note: As Zabu Curations includes preloved items, minor wear and tear is considered normal and not grounds for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your payment provider to process the refund.
