Shipping Policy

General Information:

We ship both domestically and internationally. Our shipping policies are designed to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

Delivery Information:

  • Orders with standard delivery in Singapore and all international orders will be processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 2-4 working days.
  • All delivery will be made within 5 working days by our delivery partners.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.
  • Zabu Boutique Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

International Orders:

  • Our international shipping is handled by DHL Express to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
  • If the delivery address is classified as remote by DHL, a surcharge may apply. We will contact the customer to confirm if they are willing to pay the additional fee or prefer to cancel the order for a refund.
  • All taxes and duties related to the shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Free International Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free DHL Express international shipping for selected countries when your order total is SGD $200 or more.

Important Notes:

  • Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum spend of SGD $200.
  • This offer applies to full-priced items only
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, return shipping and original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
